These fields describe the portable package produced by the local Lab and the stricter record a future study would need. They do not imply collected results.

Release contract

Provenance: Protocol version, timestamps, public surface, locale and collection route accompany every record.
Missingness: Unavailable answers or sources remain explicit; they are not silently dropped from denominators.
Rights: Provider terms and applicable rights decide whether raw text, hashes, excerpts or only aggregates may ship.
Corrections: Every release is versioned and can be superseded without erasing the original record.
